Privacy Statement The CFUW Leaside East York Club Scholarship Trust respects the privacy of the scholarship recipients and donors. We collect only the information necessary to comply with government regulations and to select scholarships winners.
Personal information received during the selection process may be used with permission for profiles to be included in the club newsletter. After this use, the information is shredded.
We require the name, address and social insurance number of the scholarship recipients for tax reporting to the Canada Revenue Agency. This information is kept by the Treasurer and is not shared with any parties other than the CRA.
We collect the name and address of donors for the issuing of charitable tax receipts but do not publish the information.
